Revision includes checking the legal aspects in terms of law of the Czech Republic and check the overall concept of the contract, including its entire range of attachments and related contracts, for example NDA, Letter of intent, etc.. We can also arrange for you legal review from the perspective of other jurisdictions. Revision does not include control of the tax aspects of contract, but we can arrange this control.

We offer service of legal concierge. Legal concierge speaks English fluently. He/she would like to solve for you all your legal and corporate affairs in other countries, through legal representatives authorized to perform legal services in the specific country. Legal concierge can negotiate for you terms and conditions of contracts, and manage team of negotiators, lawyers and other functions. He/she also may help with the selection of an attorney in your specific country.

Additional charges
According to a particular service, the following fees can be attributed to its prices:
- • Reimbursement of cash expenses - legal and other fees, travel expenses, postage, telecommunications charges, expert reports and opinions, translations, transcripts and photocopies.
- I. reimbursement of travel costs - is charged according to existing legislation on travel expenses. Price is negotiable, or
- II. 300 CZK for one act of legal service for domestic postage, local telephone calls and transportation
- • Loss of time when traveling to exercise a legal act: in the sum of 100 CZK per half hour, according to the lawyer's tariff, unless agreed otherwise.
Each client receives a preliminary calculation for legal or consulting services. Also, client will receive an invoice with the exact definition of the services provided.
Written challenges were more likely to be retained pay for an essay because they were more likely to follow the policy in those cases.
